HGH or steroids?
Friends have used testosterone enhancers and they have worked for them. But HGH seems less risky … On the counter and Internet sites have tons of HGH and "legal" steroids, are they worth? Why?

For the benefits and risks that you're probably better in life to take only your protein or weight Gainer. You get the same results over time with a regular exercise program and diet.
