does human growth hormone (HGH) really work and is it safe and beneficial?
I have heard good things about HGH and side effects, like many other medicinal supplements / who is there. I am a body builder, but never used HGH before. I want to get rid of the fat off my belly. I am strong but would step up a notch. I understand HGH can improve mood so this is good since I'm in a bad mood and have suffered from depression, but I am quite well managed. HGH is the same as steroids? What is the story of HGH? I hope that the banned substance known as "Ma-huang" or as you specify is not included in the formula HGH. "Ma-Huang" was banned a few years ago I think to cause heart problems and it is a Chinese herb of some sort. A Comment?
HGH is not likely to change things like the height important if you have something like 6 years. HGH is very different from steroids chemically and physiology. HGH synthesis has not been long enough that people know much about the long-term effects. If you train hard, HGH makes your body in your blood anyway.
